Prohibited Conduct “You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, posting misleading or false information about your business, engaging in spamming or harassment, and attempting to violate the security of the platform.”
Limitation of Liability “iQTijara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to the liability.”
